Jim is a retired Air Force Major who has loved sailing since he discovered it in 1976, racing 19 foot Lightening sailboats while attending Capitol University in Columbus, OH. His passion for sailing continued as he chartered several boats over the years and owned/sailed many boats, most recently a 50 foot Gulf Star. The S/V Spellbound has been at sea since August 2013 sailing around Florida to the Florida Keys and down south through the Caribbean Sea and on to Belize. Jim is a master of margaritas, rum punches, and makes a pretty good omelet! He organizes every sunset gathering on the boat. Jim knows wind, boats, and how to amaze passengers with his love of the sea and all it has to offer. Jim’s goal is to get you to your dream destinations and ensure your vacation is an experience you’ll remember for a lifetime.
